New Mexico Annual Veteran Only Once-in-a-lifetime Oryx Hunt

The Mission
Leverage the opportunity that the state of New Mexico has created by offering a OIL Veteran only oryx hunt to add value to the experience for the 85 veterans that will be hunting on this hunt each year.
Agenda 1
WSMR requires a S75 access fee for all hunters - We have set up a process with the state to cover this expense for each of the 85 Veterans. (S6,375 in total)
Agenda 2
Create a gift bag to hand out to each veteran that includes a commemorative orange vest, a Yeti tumbler, and a one of kind Coin, that would include branding from each of the entities that donated to the mission.
Agenda 3
Host a dinner on Thursday night before the hunt kicks off for all the Veterans and their guests, to formally thank them for their service, dinner would include high profile guest speakers.
